Early drop off and late pick up available: 7:30am-9am and/or 3pm-5:30pm

AFTER YOU ENROLL
After enrollment in our camps, you will receive our “Parent Welcome Packet” with everything you need to know. Once payment has been processed, a statement will be emailed to you. Your camp statement is also available through your campsite account which can be accessed through the Parent Dashboard.
* Please note that your camper must be registered prior to the start of camp. If you need assistance please contact the Camp Office (858) 720-2180 or stop by one of our branches and we can assist you further.

Credit/Refund Policy
Upon registration, participants assume responsibility for their attendance. Camp days are non-transferable and cannot be credited towards other Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego programs. All requests must be approved by the Camp Director. We are happy to consider requests based on the following merits found via the link below.
Discounts
MILITARY & SIBLING DISCOUNT
We offer a sibling discount (10% off) and military discount (10% off). Financial assistance may be available for qualifying families. Please reach out to the camp office refer to our parent welcome packet for more details on eligibility and the application process.

Financial Assistance
Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego never turns a child away. We are committed to providing safe, inclusive, high-quality, and affordable programming for all families. Financial assistance is available to those who may be unable to afford the programs offered at a fee. Assistance is program-specific and on a limited basis. All financial aid paperwork is kept confidential and must be filled out completely and turned in at least 5-7 business days prior to the program start date to allow for processing.
