Fees
After School Program: $350/month*
After School Program with Transportation: $415/month*
Teen Program: $175/month
5-Days a Month Pass: $160/month
*Monthly Fees will be adjusted for parent-teacher conferences or break weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – After School Program
- Cancellation requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the cancellation month.
- To be processed, cancellation requests must be received at least five (5) business days before the 1st day of the cancellation month.
- Families who submit a cancellation request after these deadlines will be responsible for the full monthly tuition.
- A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellation requests received after the 15th of the month prior to the cancellation month.
- Break Week requests must be submitted at least fifteen (15) days before the start of the camp month.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.

How to Create an Account and Enroll
- Create an Account: Visit our registration portal and create a new account with your information.
- Email for Approval: After creating your account, email Polster@bgcgreatertogether.org to request approval. Please allow 1–2 business days for your account to be approved.
- Select Enrollment Options: Once your account is approved, log in and select your desired enrollment options from the available programs.

Financial Assistance
Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego never turns a child away. We are committed to providing safe, inclusive, high-quality, and affordable programming for all families. Financial assistance is available to those who may be unable to afford the programs offered at a fee. Assistance is program-specific and on a limited basis. All financial aid paperwork is kept confidential and must be filled out completely and turned in at least 5-7 business days prior to the program start date to allow for processing.
