Transportation
Boys & Girls Club van transportation is available from Del Mar Heights to the Del Mar Clubhouse.
Hours
After School Program Hours:
Monday – Friday, school dismissal until 6pm
KinderClub Hours: From dismissal to 6pm, transportation to Allred Clubhouse unless minimum amount of signups (6 minimum)
Summer Hours: 7:30am-5:30pm
Fees
After School Program: $307/month*
After School Program with Transportation: $370/month*
Del Mar BGC 5-Day Pass: $250 (every 5 days of program attended = $250)
*Monthly fees will be adjusted for parent-teacher conferences or break weeks.
Payment & Cancellation
Billing:
Payments are due on the 1st of each month unless other arrangements are requested in writing.
Late Payment Fee:
A $10 late payment fee will be applied to any payments submitted after the due date. Failure to make a payment may result in interruption of services.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to cancel participation for After School Program, you must submit a cancelation request form to your Program Manager. Please review the cancelation fees below:
Cancelation request submitted between the 1st-15th of the month prior: $25 cancel fee per member
Cancelation request submitted between 16th-31st of the month prior: $50 cancel fee per member
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the end of the month in order to cancel the payment plan.
We do not pro-rate or refund any current month fees that have already processed.
Financial Assistance:
Financial Assistance applications must be submitted and approved prior to registration, or you may be responsible for the full monthly program fee.
Financial Assistance is program specific and granted on a limited basis. All financial aid paperwork is kept confidential and must be filled out completely and turned in at least 5-7 business days before the program start date to allow for processing. Incomplete or late applications may delay processing time.

Financial Assistance
Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego never turns a child away. We are committed to providing safe, inclusive, high-quality, and affordable programming for all families. Financial assistance is available to those who may be unable to afford the programs offered at a fee. Assistance is program-specific and on a limited basis. All financial aid paperwork is kept confidential and must be filled out completely and turned in at least 5-7 business days prior to the program start date to allow for processing.
