Each of our three Centers for a Healthy Lifestyle includes a commercial teaching kitchen, designed to teach kids essential life skills, food safety, and nutrition through our farm-to-table curriculum.

After-School Enrichment

CHL provides kids and teens enrolled in our After-School Program with enriching culinary activities. Children learn food preparation, cooking techniques, and healthy habits.

Culinary Camps

Our Centers offer cooking and gardening camps during summer break and school year week breaks.

Encinitas

The CHL in Encinitas offers a large, commercial teaching kitchen and a ½ acre organic garden. 

Solana Beach

The yellow cottage in Solana Beach offers a full kitchen, two patios and an organic culinary garden. 

Oceanside

A fully equipped commercial teaching kitchen featuring state-of-the-art equipment.
