Carmel Valley
Our Polster Clubhouse serves over 1,500 children annually. Our dedicated and trained staff is here to make sure each child has a fun and rewarding experience. We provide a positive environment where children can learn, be healthy & active, develop good character and leadership skills, and grow as an individual to become positive members of the community.

Summer & Break Week Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm

Fees

After School Program: $326/month*
After School Program with Transportation: $415/month*
Teen Program: $160/month
Teen Program & Transportation: $180/month

*Monthly Fees will be adjusted for parent-teacher conferences or break weeks.

Cancellation Policy

A written notice must be submitted to your Clubhouse Manager 15 days prior to the first of the next program month, or a $50 cancelation fee will be charged per child. No refunds will be approved after payment has been processed or the first of the month.

How to Create an Account and Enroll
  1. Create an Account: Visit our registration portal and create a new account with your information.
  2. Email for Approval: After creating your account, email Polster@bgcgreatertogether.org to request approval. Please allow 1–2 business days for your account to be approved.
  3. Select Enrollment Options: Once your account is approved, log in and select your desired enrollment options from the available programs.

Financial Assistance

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego never turns a child away. We are committed to providing safe, inclusive, high-quality, and affordable programming for all families. Financial assistance is available to those who may be unable to afford the programs offered at a fee. Assistance is program-specific and on a limited basis. All financial aid paperwork is kept confidential and must be filled out completely and turned in at least 5-7 business days prior to the program start date to allow for processing.
