When You Give
Transfer assets to a charitable remainder trust, receive income during your lifetime or for a specified period, and ultimately direct the remaining assets to the Club.

You transfer eligible assets to an irrevocable charitable remainder trust. The trust can sell appreciated assets and reinvest the proceeds, generally without immediately recognizing capital gains at the trust level.
