How It Works
Contact your financial institution, retirement plan administrator, insurance company, or other account provider and request a beneficiary designation form. Name Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego as a full, partial, or contingent beneficiary.
Gift Options
- Full beneficiary – designate the Club to receive 100% of the account or policy
- Partial beneficiary – designate the Club to receive a percentage of the account or policy
- Contingent beneficiary – designate the Club to receive the gift if your primary beneficiary does not survive you
Ways to Leave a Beneficiary Gift
- Name Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego as a beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), 403(b), or other retirement account
- Name the Club as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy
- Name the Club as a beneficiary of an eligible bank or investment account
